Colorful Ideas Inspired by Elle
The August 2007 edition of Elle Magazine features an article entitled “Toy Story.” It’s a colorful (literally) piece highlighting fabulously outrageous shoes inspired by brightly colored toys.

Though the shoes featured may be slightly out of our price range, the magazine does prompt me to run out and buy some of the latest patent leather pumps in a wild color.
I never used to be big on color, but in recent years I have purchased two pairs of very red shoes. And I have to admit, I absolutely love them.

Oh my, I’m on the shoe blog… I feel a bit out of place. Just wanted to show AW support. But I do have one pair of shoes that are so cute (and colored). They’re shiny mary janes with a slight heel and they’re kind of a… I guess a burgundy blackish color. Sorry, I’m so not the fashion diva so I’m not sure how to explain them. I hardly ever buy shoes like that but really liked them. They click when I walk and everything. I like boring shoes normally. Or slippers.
